Helping Young Lives Heal, Rebuild, and Thrive.
Welcome to Three Nines Children’s Charity
Named after the emergency number dialled in moments of crisis. We exist for the moment after the blue lights fade.
We provide early trauma-informed support to children and families affected by trauma and hardship from incidents the emergency services have attended.
Our aim is simple: To transform moments of crisis in children’s lives into pathways for healing, hope and resilience.
Our Support Services
We provide emotional, hardship and well-being support that helps children feel safe, heard, and cared for — and helps families begin to recover.
Through our tailored services, we aim to bring hope, stability, and moments of joy back into the lives of those who need it most.
Whether it’s a much-needed break, someone to talk to, or a toy to bring a smile, we’re dedicated to offering the care and support every child deserves.
Respite Breaks
Our breaks provide a much-needed escape, giving children and families time to rest, reconnect, and create positive memories together.
Listening Ears
A confidential after-school talking therapy service where young people can open up, feel truly heard, and begin their journey to healing.
Wish Box
Through our Wish Box initiative, we provide toys, books, and technology to bring comfort, and moments of joy during recovery.
Help a Child Recover After Trauma
When a child experiences trauma, the impact can last long after the incident itself.
Our mission is to provide the care, comfort, and resources that help young people heal, rebuild their confidence, and look to the future with hope.
With your support, we can be there in the moments that matter most.
Refer a Child for Support
If you are a frontline professional supporting a child affected by crime, trauma, or exploitation, Three Nines is here to help.
We work alongside emergency services and partner agencies to ensure children and young people receive the emotional and practical support they need in the aftermath of traumatic incidents.
Together, we can ensure no child faces trauma alone after the blue lights fade.
